APPROACH
Coming from elsewhere in the country? Bucharest is served by trains and buses from most cities and towns in the country, while its two airports (one of which is charter-only) are served by many European and Middle Eastern airlines; larger cities in Romania are connected by regular flights as well. In Bulgaria, Ruse is served by several trains a day to Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or Veliko Tarnovo, often with better connections by bus. Need a hand with the hows? The set prices above apply according to these rules:
– A minimum of 4 persons sharing all tours, except for the Danube Delta tour where a minimum of 10 persons is required. For less people a different rate applies. Please refer to us for further details and a quote.
– All participants need adhere to the same guidance language.
– Participants need accept transport sharing the same vehicle.
– The tour duration mentioned is just an estimate. The group configuration (e.g. with different pick-up and drop-off locations), road traffic, sightseeing site crowds or other issues such as border crossings (where included) might lead to delays, we therefore always recommend an earlier start
rather than a late one.
The price always includes:
– Transport according to the route mentioned, with pick-up and drop-off according to the tour description.
– English-speaking driver-guide. Assistance in other major international languages is available upon request and might imply extra charges.
– Admission tickets for the sights mentioned above (where only city tours are mentioned, no museum admission is included).
– Lunch, excluding drinks (except for where mentioned otherwise).
– Road, bridge etc. charges implied by transport.

– Other meals than lunch.
– Drinks of any kind except for where mentioned otherwise.
– Other sightseeing than what is mentioned in the tour description.
– Detours from the program itinerary.

– Visa services (kindly make sure you have the proper documents and, if needed, the visa for Bulgaria, respectively Moldova in the case of the tours involving these countries).
